The Poetry of Chinese Glyphs

This visual art project simulates a virtual exhibition, centering on the fundamental strokes of Chinese characters. Glyphs are deconstructed into minor strokes, and then unified by the enchantment of lights and shadows.

Stage 1

It highlights the fluidity of Chinese characters. The characters all glide along a high-speed track, creating mesmerizing patterns. As the track speed up, the characters gracefully stretch into distinctive formations，showcasing a unique sense of stroke aesthetics."

Stage 2

This project emulates the ceiling spotlights seen in real art museums, like TeamLab's installations. When characters are projected onto the human body, they undergo distortion and transformation, revealing a unique and captivating aesthetic.

Stage 3

It deconstructs a single glyph into multiple strokes, skillfully using the interplay of lighting to reunify them. The varying shadow casting distances result in distinct shadow softness, adding a captivating aesthetic dimension.
